My credit card was stolen and used for transactions for both Runescape and PayPal. I was able to contact PayPal and report the fraud after I cancelled my credit card. PayPal is working with me to rectify the fraudulent charges.

I don't have a runescape account. I have no idea how to contact these people to get my money back.

Can someone please help me????????

your credit card company. Also, your credit card company will tranfer your legitimate balance to a new credit card account and close the old one after you notify them of this identity theft.

Hi,

I play Runescape, it is a company owned by Jagex, LTD out of Cambridge England. They use Worldpay to process credit card payments. They take this very seriously and will help you with this matter. Not only will they help you, they will find the account that was paid for with the stolen credit card and it will be banned. The person who used your card will not ever have access to this account again and will be reported to the proper authorities.
