On Dec 6, 2021 I placed an order with RunnerInn to receive by December 16, 2021. They provided a customs tracking number that you can't track.

I requested a refund on January 7, 2022 and their response was to give them 10-15 days to research. It is now January 23, 2022 and I haven't heard back from them on the status of the refund.

Stay clear if you are ordering from the USA.
