I'll be quick and breif cause I have wasted enough time dealing with these crooks. At the begining of the summer I took my Kawasaki bike to have the carborators cleaned out as it was chugging and had lost performance. The was the start of the madness...I had to go back and forth at least 4 times due to it not being done when they said it would be. When I got the bike back after a week or more of dealing with these people it ran even worse. I could not believe they would let it out the door running like it was. It was backfiring and suddenly had a terrible metal on metal type noise coming from the top end of the motor. I took it back but of course, Andrew(and this guy is a peice of work) told me it was not from anything they did....hmmmm....was not running like that before, and they were the only people to touch it, but ok...so they took it back to fix it properly. I was told come back next week and I'll have it done. Long and short of this message...a week later it was not done, had not even been looked at, they had actually forgotten why it was there. I asked why as they had 9 days as I recall I could not drive it anyway as I had my girls then and they are to young to be on it, and some puke from the garage section actually started flipping out, swearing at me, saying he had a family and kids to go home to as well and basically called me on. Lucky I am a little smarter then that or this kid would of been folded up. No apology was ever given. Another punk jumped on my bike started it and said, "it needs shims", we can do that and have her done in a week. My bad...I left it there, should of pulled in then. So a month goes by essentially, ever other day or so I would call or stop by, and every time I was given a new excuse...Japan is not getting the parts here, we ordered the wrong parts, the parts came but not all of them, they sent the wrong parts, and at least 4 times...sorry we read the screen wrong they are still on back order"...etc". A young girl who works at the parts counter told me she was going to call every other place that services Kawasaki's and see if they had shims, she later told me none of them have. I called the closest place to them, another Kawasaki dealer...was told "we have all kinds of shim. what size do you need". Clearly lied to yet again. I would go in sometimes and they would say "oh we just called you, sorry the parts didn't come in", when the only phone number they have is to my cell in my pocket turned on...again more lies, can't tell you how many times they said they couldn't get a hold of me, when everyone else in the world had no issues calling me. I was finally told after a month and two weeks and the summer now gone, that they parts were in and they would have it ready the next day. When I went down the next day the girl dissapeared and I was forced to deal with Terri...what a waste of my time...will never got those minutes back. Was told the parts did come in but no springs came, to which I replied "we weren't ordering springs", I told him there to get my bike back together I was picking it up the next day. I will also note I took a picture of my bike one day outside in the rain, with the top of the motor off. I saw things from the young mechanics that would make your eyes spin. Knocking over peoples bikes and quickly setting them back up and walking away, running over another bike while backing up a 4 wheeler...I was again stupid to not pull it after the screwed it up the first time. When I picked my bike up the next day I took more pictures while in the compound, showing grease and oil all over the tank, a huge dent on the side, and a large scratch right near the gas cap. I called back and forced the issue that they would pay for the damage. I took in two estimates and Terri agreed to pay, clearly they knew they had thrown my bike back together like it was a peice of garbage. I had another two weeks of getting them to respond to the estimates, and once they had and I had the tank repair they attempted for another two to three weeks to not come clean and pay the bill, the place that repainted the tank eventually called me for payment saying they were not going to keep dealing with Runway, Terri or Andrew and neither of them seemed the slight bit interested, and continued to make excuses that as a company themselves(repair place) knew were absurd. I finally called back in threatening legal action as Terri had left a voice mail I had recorded saying they would pay. They finally paid the bill that day.

I am 38 years old, and in my 38 years I have never seen such a disorganized place, I have zero respect for Andrew Balony(whatever his name is) and at one point I will tell you he was so ignorant to me I could of reached accross his desk and popped him. Nothing but an a*s. Terri would tell you something one day and forgot the next day and give you a totally different reason...again no professionalism, or respect, just lies.

So now that my tank is fixed I still have the problem with the metal on metal noise, and the backfiring. So I took my bike to another Kawasaki dealer. Turns out the parts Runway were ordered were never needed in the first place(yet my summer is gone), and the reason my bike was backfiring after they cleaned the carbs....the air injector was never put back on the bike and so the motor was sucking air which affected performance, miliage, as well as making it backfire. This part cost me over $200 from this other place. When I called Runway to ask where the @#$% the missing part was that was now costing me $200 to replace due to their neglegance...they never called back...go figure.

The more I asked around about Terri and Andrew, Terri's time at Belleville Dodge, the more I found out that they have been up to this for years. Both have a crap reputation in this community. And friends of mine who have also deal with them said it was one of the worst experiences they can recall in dealing with a shop. I saw another post about Andrew trying to convince some folks to fraud the insurance company, and boy does that fit what I know about him.

I see now there building is burnt to the ground and I wonder...I just would not be shocked to here this was deliberate.

If you want your bike dealt with in a professional manner, and done right...just avoid taking it to Runway Power Sports and avoid dealing with either of these two people or the staff at Runway who clearly lie, cheat, and treat our toys like they are garbage. I would like to thank them for making me pay insurance on a bike all summer and not have an opportunity to drive it, for the $200 dollar part they "lost", for the lack of respect and professionalism, and for making my summer so much fun in dealing with so much BS and so many lies.

I want to make it very clear that I hope no body was hurt in the fire that destroyed the main building.  I also want to make it clear that I did not mean to insinuate they would stoop so low as to detroy their own business for money.  I find the service and dealing I had with them as horrible experiences that have made me sell my bike as I never want the headache again and all the fun was taken out of it for me in having to deal with this place.  As much as they both lied to my face and jerked me around all summer I think even these people are better then the type of person who would do that.  I hope it was an accident, and again that no one was hurt.

I stand by...if you want to avoid the headache go someplace else.  Get it done properly.
