I have been a customer of rushcard since 2005 and other than the computer problems with access to funds I have never had a problem. This card is suppose to be a prepaid card that you can use as a debit or credit. However It seems like whenever something goes wrong its everyone elses fault except rushcard. I went to the ATM did get cash...my money is on hold for two days...BS!!I get gas and my card is approved and authorized for the transaction. I deduct the money and call in to get my balance. I see that its right. Well something happened from the time I checked my balance and between other transactions.

Bottom line is they never took the money and somehow I ended up with a negative. I'm like I know my math is not that dam bad....Rush Card screwed up and won't admitt it. They even had the gall to tell me that I need to view a report everytime I make a transaction. Lossers. Don't get this card! Its a joke and I hope the soon have a class action Lawsuit against the practices!!!
