 On 11/30/2014 I placed an order online with Genie Slim Jeggings. Before I placed the order, I had one balance. After I placed the order, my balance went down by exactly $27.98, the amount of the order. Two weeks later, their website still said only "thank you for your order", no it was shipped. On 12/11/2014 I called & asked about it. They said it was out of stock & would ship in three weeks & they wouldn't charge my card till it was shipped. I said that was too long, cancel my order. They said I would have my $ within 48 hours. It hadn't posted to my card yet, so I called them. They said it was only a pre-authorization hold, they hadn't actually taken my money. I asked, then why did my ballance go down the exact amount of the order? They said that's only the hold. Talk to my bank & say the order was cancelled & they will put the $ back. I called Visa Rush Card, & they said they didn't show a transaction on 11/30 for $27.98, nor a pre-authorization hold for that amount, nor any transaction from Slim Jeggings from then till now. I asked, then why did my balance go down that day by that exact amount? They couldn't come up with a satisfactory answer. I asked, where was my $27.98? They couldn't come up with a satisfactory answer to that either. Either Genie Slim Jeggings or the Visa Rush Card have my money & I want it back.
