Complaint Review: Rush Card

Called Rush Card customer service on June 8th to report card lost and order a replacement card.  I was told it would take 7-10 business days to arrive in the mail.  Fast forward to June 18th....I notice the new card had not arrived yet, so i call rush card to follow up.  I was told the new card "....was sent out on the 12th of June".  I'm thinking, that's weird...why did it take four whole days to send my card out.

Fast forward to June 25th.  Again, I check to see if my card had arrived in the mail and realize that it did not.  At this point I am angry and call customer servicv to follow up again.  Come to find out the "...card was not mailed out sir".  Keep in mind, I am due to recieve a deposit (of which I receive monthly) THAT day.  They apologized, then issued a request to FedEx overnight me a card (of which they charged me a $30 fee, to later be "refunded" to my account).

 

On two occasions I was on hold with Rush card customer service where I waited in queue for about 20 minuted only for my call to be dropped and then I'm suddenly sitting there listening to a dial tone.

I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE SHOPPING FOR A PREPAID DEBIT CARD NOT TO GO WITH RUSH CARD
