Complaint Review: RUSH Fitness The RUSH Fitness Complex 247 RIP OFF

Manager called me in to talk about a $1500 fee on my account. When I came in he did not know what it was for and could not tell me but he was "so kind" to offer to take it off if I would sign up for 3 more years. After got my breath back I simply said no. Then he said he can cancel it out and cancel my membership but could not do it for 2 Weeks so the "random charge" could be taken off. So two weeks later I came back and of Course MR. Manager does not work here anymore and no one knows what he was talking about and will not honor what I was told and have in writing. This is their M.O. I met a few people at the gym who have different problems but same staff comeback, they came to a solution with one manager then he would get transferred and the new management would not care.
Ever notice each branch has a ton of "managers" In short save your money their are plenty of better gyms around who are honest.
