Marcus Worthy, Marcus Bennett, and the owner James My husband was contacted by Marcus Worthy, begging him to go to a super sale in Saratoga Springs, NY because he had no salesmen to help him. We purchased a last minute flight from Texas at a premium price to help Marcus. After a week sale and 5 cars sold, my husband's menual check was $740. , which he never received. We contacted the team leader, Marcus Bennett who told us Marcus Worthy had been paid 100% of the money from the sale, plus 300.00 spiff money. Every day for 9 days Marcus Worthy said the proverbial lie "the checks in the mail". After getting no where with him we contacted Marcus Bennett who is over Marcus Worthy. The two sided up with each other stating the check was in the mail. I then contacted the owner, James. He, I believe answered the phone but told me James wasn't available. and asked to leave a message. I explained the situation to him and he said he would have James call me (the wife) back. James didn't have the decency to call me back. He did however, without me having given him my husband's phone number, called my husband and cursed him out. He wasn't concerned about his employee stealing my husband's money, only why he was being called.
 
This company will use your salesman capabilities and refuse to pay you.
