Rush Industries ripped me off with intent and refuses to give my money back Ripoff Online Internet
I found this special online in the gardening section which was a rare Siberian Lavander - 4 plants for $11.99. That order which was paid for on the spot I have been waiting exactly a year to receive. I have written and written to no avail. The repsonse I get is " A Suppot Ticket has been opened in your name and a representative will contact you shortly" Today another one was opened. I wrote a nasty note that got that response. Then your pop-up appeared on my screen. Thanks.

I was also cheated by Rush Industries. They do not have the correct information on their website and when you order their product they send something you did not order. They charge your credit card immediately and don't send the product to months later. Just try to get a response.
They send you emails with a support ticket number if you ask for assistance, and you never hear from them. You have to make a phone call, (not an 800#) and they still give you no satisfaction.
I will never order from them again.
