RUSH TRUCK CENTERS Over Chargers, Charges for things not even done, bad customer service, takes to long to do nothing Smyrna Georgia
Rush Truck Centers kept my truck for a week before they even looked at it. Everyday I would call i was told a couple of more days. Finally get it in there and they said they couldnt do anything until monday. It was thusday when I was told this. I was told my air compressor was fine and they had to order the belts for it and the hydro filters. I was told by Napa who they ordered the filter from that they would have them by friday morning. I then had to call back Rush and tell them i knew this and I wanted the PM service done friday and I needed to pick the truck up Friday. Well I got my bill and it was 904.00 for a oil change and it took over a week...BS They claimed to lube the truck. The truck has a prelube system and does not need to be lubed Lied right to me. Maybe because I am female they think I am stupid. Jennifer
