Rushcard Not crediting my hard earned money back on my card New York City New York

I went to Walmart to deposit money on my rushcard of $315.00. When I went to the customer service line, I told the clerk that I wanted to deposit $315 on my rushcard. The clerk than charged my card $315.00 instead of adding it to my account, and than she asked me for the money and deposited it in my account. After that not noticing she just charged my card of $315.00, I went and bought a few things for $98.00. Than when I got to my vehical I checked my rushcard acct, and it said there were 2 transactions from walmart of the $98 and $315. So I went back in the store and told the clerk she charged my card when she was suppose to be adding the money to my acct. Then she called the supervisor over so they could check to see if they took the money off, and she said no, we are just showing the deposit so I showed her my acct where it said walmart transaction $315 and $98. Than I called rushcard customer service and they also said yes walmart took $315.00 from your card. The supervisor said it was nothing they could do. So I filed a dispute with rushcard which took 10 business days and my card was blocked and didnt have any access to my money. I was told by bancorp that my money would be credited to my acct on August 11, 2014. So I checked my acct and my money is still not on my acct, and than I contacted customer service and was told that the dispute did not go in my favor because it showed a transaction of $315 on my acct. That does not make sense to me because I didnt make this transaction. So someone just stole my $315 from my acct and they cant do anything about it. I refuse to let them just walk away with my hard earn money. I need help as to what to do.
