Complaint Review: rushcard

Don't get this card!!!! Ruchcard is holding on to money that don't belong to them, they have you fax over all this information and they still don't release your money IT'S A PREPAID CARD why do they need this information? They know it's tax seasion and people are using rushcard to recive their refunds! Rushcard NEEDS to reported. Everyone who has an issues with rushcard should report them to the BBB and the Attorney General. the Media should know what rushcard is doing THEY CAN'T get away with this! This has got to be a crime. We work hard for our money we need our money IT'S OUR MINEY AND WE WANT IT NOW!!!! RUSHCARD GIVE US OUR MONEY!!!!!! None of their representative speak good english and you can NEVER speak with anyone in the so call corporate office, maybe there is no corporate office
