Complaint Review: Rushcard - Unirush Financial Service

I have been a "RUSHCARD" user for three years, when i first got my "RushCard" i thought to myself, "oh wow" great what a wonder new product. how wrong i was!
i found that after a while money was being taking from my account with out my authorization. So i took it upon myself to call customer service to try and rectify the situation, upon calling i was told by customer service that i had to file dispute.

i was also told by customer service that i will be contacted between 24/ 48 hours.

is now been more then six days, i feel that this company is a scam in a fraud, in further more their supervisor and their corporate offices are none existent, once you call and ask for a supervisor or ask for a corporate offices number, you are told to hold and the phone is hanged up. i am both shocked and appalled by the actions of Russell Simmons and the morons that he call his employees. i thought that having this card would make keeping money easier, but to the contrary it's been nothing but a never ending nightmare. my main concern is my money, And if a company can not keep it's promises to it's customers

Then that company should be put six feet under. i am disgusted by the way i've been treated!!!!!!!!! this company is a disgrace to all american card holders. And I'd like to add in parting, to you Mr Russell Simmons and your RushCard. "let it burn" This for all people whom trying to get involved with Rushcard, we cant let them get away with this. This is just like they murdered one of our love one's and we are sitting back doing nothing about, whom ever been like this please come forward, and testify aginst Rushcard meaning Russell Simmons.
