Rushcard Unirush Financial Services Block my account claiming ss does not match card , Internet
I have been using my Rush Card for a minute. I'd update my information now when I go in to pull my money off my card I was told that my social security does not match what is on file. This is crazy because I 've been using this card and now it becomes an issue. First of all when you apply for the card they are suppose to check your identity so if my identity was incorrect how can you issue a card. Now I've been getting the run around.
I'd fax over my document numerous times. They keep telling me the documents are too dark. You can't make a DL that light because it is a color id with a code on it. I'd sent it via email. The same problem. If I would have known about so many complaints with regards to this card I would have never signed up.
