TO ALL YOU OUT THERE.....PLEASE READ ABOUT THIS NUTCASE OUT THERE THAT IS SICK. SHE WILL KILL UNBORN PUPPIES & THEN LAUGH ABOUT IT. AND TRY TO STEAL OTHER'S DOGS OUT THERE. SHE WAS MAD BECAUSE HER SHOW KENNEL NAME WAS NOT USED AND SOLD TO ANOTHER PARTY. Thought you might want to see this.  A copy of it was sent to me by Debbie ****.

I am flying in on Sunday night.  I have to meet with the District Attorney regarding the criminal charges against ***** on Monday.  The game plan is that they will arrest her as soon as your hearing is completed.  My attorney is arranging for service of my civil action against her as soon as she answers roll call in the courtroom - so she will get a triple whammy.  Have to respond to your charges in the small claims action - get served with my civil complaint and then arrested as soon as both of those are done.  It should be a great event to watch.  Well worth the cost of the round trip tickets. 
 
Since I should be done fairly early with the DA on Monday, maybe we can meet Monday evening for dinner.  I have to go to the newspaper on Tuesday before we go to court to give them all the documents I have on her other criminal charges - arrest warrants - animal control documents - etc.  They are going to run all of that in conjunction with her arrest in the courthouse.  I am brinigng my camera - can't wait to snap pictures as she is served and then arrested.  Hickory police are anticipating we can get an emergency protective and confiscation order on all of her dogs as soon as she is arrested.  AT a minimum we will have Sydney in protective custody with Golden Retriever Rescue .  They are coming up and meeting me at the police department to coordinate the confiscation of all Goldens.  The nice part about rescue is that they will immediately arrange for spay of all of the females so any puppies conceived will be lost plus it will shut her down for a while at least.  They already have foster homes and transportation lined up so it should work great..  They have been so good to work with.  Their efforts and coordination have been as smooth as silk. 
 
DA is going to ask for a high bail on the criminal fraud charges based upon her outstanding warrants in other States - they are going to show she is a flight risk and they are hoping she will be held without bail or at a very minimum such a high bail that she can't come up with it. 
 
We are closing in - good job.  Your civil action certainly has made it easy to line all of this up.  We will also have support from some of the other breeders in that area.  Although she is harassing them they are now willing to step forward and go against her. 
 
What is also hilarious is that she has already paid the stud dog owner $1,500 - she will not only loose that but she will loose all three litters of puppies so no immediate way to recoup that loss. 
 
The PI I hired has her under surveillence, glad he is a Golden lover and wanted a puppy - it would have been expensive otherwise, but well worth it.  They are watching her every more so if she tries to move any of her dogs around they will know the when, where, how and who they went to so our ability to confescate dogs will still go down as planned.  Fortunately for me they are good and she won't be able to spot them at all.  Between the PI and the neighborhood I know her every move.
 
It is amazing when you mention her name in Hickory how many people, including the neighbors, are willing to help.  Apparently none of them can stand her.  My trip down there last week worked out great.  I got to meet all of the players, DA, police, neighbors, newspaper, etc.
 
I am anticipating a very exciting 48 hours while we are in Hickory.  BTW - the other gal that sued her and won (Donna I think is her name which she refunded the money to) is going to issue a notarized statement and send it in on your case so you will be able to show a pattern of lying and deception and selling dogs she doesn't deliver.
 
I have spoken with the Newport Beach, CA officer - fortunately I knew the Sgt. at that department (since my daughter works for the Sheriff in that area) and he was most cooperative.  He is going to make sure that the warrant there is all lined up.  I have, as a citizen, volunteered to pay the extridition fees to have her taken back to California on that warrant so as soon as NC is done with her she will go back to CA to face trial on that warrant.
 
She should have sold me back Sydney for the $800 she paid for her - she apparently had no idea who she was screwing.  Golden's are a hobby for us and we do it for the love of the breed, we don't need to do it for a living, so financially spending the money to shut her down, even temporarily, isn't an issue.  Scum like her don't deserve to own a dog.
 
BTW - K-9 data has found three of her user ID's and have banned them.  They have also now listed Sydney as "limited" on her K9 Data site and the record is locked.  Apparently she is sending numerous e-mails daily threatening lawsuits - not a darn thing she can do -even if she could afford to financially.  It is a private site and you have access only by permission of the owner.  At least Sydney is now showing up accurately as Limited so that is a good thing.  Amy was great about it as soon as I sent her the AKC letter confirming the reversal.
 
The next step is working toward getting AKC to ban her for life based upon fraud.  Once the criminal action is complete I think we will have the ammunition to get them to do so.  They are "considering it".
 
I am guessing she won't have the "cash" to pay you the amount asked for in your complaint of $1,665, you will probably have to file a lien against her property. 
 
Just thought of something, she apparently has taken deposits on the puppies she thinks she is going to have - it should be great - all of those people can sue her too since she won't have any puppies hitting the ground and we both know she won't refund their deposits.  AKC has already assured me if she attempts any puppy registrations they are going to demand DNA testing in front a certified veterinarian, since I sent them the information on the three breedings.  I don't anticipate that will be necessary because if everything works as planned she won't have any puppies hitting the ground. 
 
I think we have got her - she will be hard pressed to lie her way out of this mess she has created.
