as i made my order on the phone the lady told me to go to the website, which i did.. when i was there i was still talking to her over the phone. i did tell her to check the artwork which she did. she told me it wasnt going to work so i said ok then cancel my order because i do not know how to fix it. she then told me there will be a 15% restocking fee.. as i was on the phone. i was angry and she proceeded to tell me sorry there was nothing she can do. i e-mailed the so called manager jaysen moore. he said do what ever you got to do . he wasnt willing to bend whatsoever.. i kept e-mailing and he kept e-mailing me with the same ol line. i wouldnt mind but we were on the phone making the transaction at the same time.. restocking fee for what? what work did they have to do. what process cost them that much money that they needed to charge me.
