HERE IS MY REPORT AS FILED TO RUSHMYPASSPORT.COM/EXPEDITEDTRAVEL LLC

Ronny,
I would like a full refund of my money for the 24 hour service. You guaranteed me that my passport would be there. It took over 72 hours. In addition,it did not arrive to the city I originally needed it in. You then called and recommended that I send it to Atlanta, my layover city. You claimed that you spoke to a supervisor at Delta, who told you I could fly to Atlanta. I spoke to MCI supervisor Pat from Delta, who advised me that Delta would never allow that to happen and it is standard Delta policy that you MUST have your passport at the originating city to leave the country.

Dealing with your company cost me an extra $1600 dollars to make my trip. Pat, the Delta supervisor for MCI claimed we were lied to by your company. Then to change my flight to a one way, because I did not have my passport. This cost me $900.00. Besides the $375.00 i spent to have my passport 24 houred, then I paid an additional $210 to FEDEX same day shipping for my passport, when I still couldn't board my original flight.

Upon arriving in Atlanta, you told me to go to the Delta Cargo area so I drove around for 2 hours and spend over $100 in cab fees when i never needed to leave the airport I needed to go to Delta Dash. The man from Delta Cargo said that FEDEX doesn't ship there and had no idea why anyone would tell me they did. Finally here i am Friday July 10, 2009 after arriving 9 hours later than my original time on Wednesday, and I STILL do not have any luggage b/c of the confusion at the Airport. Please respond IMMEDIATELY.

RushMyPassport.com Coordinated Expedited Passport Processing: Apologies for Shipping Delays

#2UPDATE Employee

Fri, December 04, 2009

Dear Customer,

Your passport was released from the U.S. Passport Agency the day prior to your date of departure. We do our best communicate the expected date that your passport would be released, to allow all of our customers to plan their travel accordingly. However, in your specific situation, in an attempt to help you to make your trip on time, and to avoid paying the fees associated with changing your flights,  we recommended that you contact the airline with which you had a reservation, to confirm that you may be able to pick up your passport at the airport in Atlanta where you had a layover. RushMyPassport.com does not contact the airlines of which our customers have arranged their flights, as this is the responsibility of the traveler.

However, we apologize that your passport was not available for your pick up at Delta Cargo, but rather the Delta Dash office. We did our best to coordinate the most expedited processing of your passport in the Passport Agency and unfortunately in your case, the coordination of shipping resulted in your having to pay the expenses of changing your flight arrangements. We strive to do all that we can to assist our customers and apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced.
