Rushmypassport.com Sneaky Theives Internet
I had a business trip planned to Poland the first week of April 2011 and found that I had misplaced my passport. I looked online to find a company that could expidite this service for me and found rushmypassport.com - I looked through all the information and then called the company directly to find out if they really could provide a passport within 3-5 business days. They said absolutely and directed me to the online order form to fill out charge my card and start the process. This company does nothing different than if you walked down to your local DMV and filed all your paperwork with them. In fact its actually a much smoother processes. After a few days of gathering the thousands of pieces of paper required by them to complete the process, they told me they could not get me the passport in time. Very conveniently when I went to get my money back they told me that I did not cancel the service within their three day requirement. Regardless of the fact they could not complete the service they still would not refund the $218 they charged my card. I would NEVER recommend these people to ANYONE - The service is a scam as they do nothing to streamline the process. They just hired a bunch of people to walk to the DMV and file the paperwork for you. I am wondering who the big shot owner is with friends in the media to "Be Seen on the Today Show" and others because this whole thing is a disgusting joke.

After writing this report I was contacted by http://rushmypassport.com. They took the time to explain the service in its entirety as well as explain the reasoning for the "return" policy being so limited. I was pleased with the attention to my concern and the outcome of the call which resulted in a refund to my account. I thank http://rushmypassport.com for their prompt attention and resolution to my problem.
