Complaint Review: Russ auto centerAc delco

Russ auto center,Ac delco Formerly Russ Chevrolet service department charged me double what I was told it would be!!!! tigard, Oregon

I took my Buick Riviera to Russ Auto to have my Moter pulled apart and documented from damage Vic alfonso had done before,I was charged 2 extra hours to come in and take a few pics of the damage,then They charged me for a oil sensor that was not broken or leaking,was quoted $465.00,When they got done screwing mealy,I was out over 800 dollars,Got no documentation,and when I confronted Brian Creamer ,the service writer,I got jerked around and lied to,They covered up the damage for Vic Alfonso,So I lost my court case against Vic Alfonso because of there Bullshit.Luckaly I took pictures of most of the damage,I contacted consumer fraud and they are working with me to hopefully get this straightened out,I also had to take the car back to them again,It was leaking oil around the oill pan Bad,I got the paperwork back,they put down the wrong mileage so my waranty would be over in a few miles,I am going to really consider filing a lawsuit against them soon,This Brian Creamer is a real peace of work,He was shaking so bad he couldn't  hardly talk or hold his hands still,when I confronted him about all of this,Then when consumer fraud contacted them,they said I was cursing so bad,they  couldn't  understand me,but I said my car was running great,LOL,I am out about $2800 total so far,I also filed a complaint with General moters,Contacted better business bureau,And contacted the FBI,They said they have had complaints from other comsumers.Now I am having the moter pulled apart again to get the documentation I was supposed to get from them,I think they should be made accountable for the cover up,I am seeking a lawyer to see what my options are.As far as Brian Creamer,he has and will cost Russ auto a lot of money for his behavier,He has already lost about $2500 from my family taking their car eslewhere to be repaired,This has cost them at least 5 or more customers I know of, Hope he looses his job over this to say the least.They are no longer a chevrolet dealer,hopefully they will go under soon,I hope this report saves someone else from getting ripped off by them
