Russ Dalbey Ripoff an innocent old lady

I'm writing these to let everyone know how i was ripoff by Russ Dalbey in the mentoring programme. The programme cost me USA$2945. For the first 8wks I recvd the notes on the business but on the 9th wk i was not able to login and unable to retrieves the lesson.

When I email them they said I quote " This email is in response to your email. Please call us at 888-499-7064 and a success councelor will assist you in getting a call back from a quality manager" keep on sending them emails but I have the same answer.

It has been afew months.They inform me that they can't make an international call because they don't have any IDD lines.I was puzzled such a big company do not have IDD lines that's just impossible.I'm very frustrated.I donot know who to turn to.I hope someone will take action to close down his company.All I need is my refund.
