Russ Dalbey's Winning In The Cash Flow Business/ America's Note Network Rip-Off - THAT SAYS IT ALL!!! Westminster Colorado
Russ Dalbey's "WINNING IN THE CASH FLOW BUSINESS" infomercial is full of lies.
Lie # 1 It is EASY!!! In the infomercial, the word easy was used dozens of times.
It is NOT easy!!!
Lie # 2 No money out of your pocket.
I have spent a small fortune on maketing, ie, postcards, stamps, leads, fliers, business cards, plus, toll free phone line, telephone recorder, not to mention the original cost of $6,700. They arrived at that number after I was stupid enough to give them the info on the remaining credit on my credit cards.
Lie # 3 Russ Dalby's 30 day money back guarantee promises No questions asked.
The 1st time I called to get instructions for returning the original package I was transferred to a slick-talking dude who convinced me to not only keep the original package, but, to spend an additional $6.700.00 that I could not afford. He said with all the other stuff I would surely be a success and become rich beyond my wildest dreams. The 2nd time I called to cancel, I was intimidated and insulted into continuing with the program.
Lie # 4 In the infomercial I was told that the FINDING NOTES EASY software would connect me instantly with thousands of notes."
It is only a list of telephone numbers that connect you to some very rude, non-helpful courthouse employees.
I am not receiving the help I need and was promised. My personal coach is spread so thin that I only get 30 minutes of her time a week she doesn't even have time to read my e-mail until I get on the phone with her for our session. I paid $2,495.00 for 16 sessions that works out to $156.00 per 30 minute session.
They want you to buy newsletters for another 2-3 thousand dollars - I cannot afford to spend any money on newsletters.
I have sent out over 2,000 postcards and have gotten only 4 calls from note holders. My coach said you had to send out 1200 to 1500 postcards for every one response. How do you like those odds?
I have sent out hundreds of e-mails to professionals and received just 2 replies. One was an automated reply from a female attorney on maternity leave and the other was from an attorney who told me that it was illegal and unethical for an attorney to give the kind of referrals I requested, that being clients who had notes they wish to sell.
I, too, am very embarassed and ashamed to admit my stupidity and gullibility. I just hope that this will prevent others from making the same mistake I did.

Russ Dalbey - WINNING IN THE CASH FLOW BUSINESS - RIP-OFF - Update...

Under "Lie #2", I meant to say "...small fortune on MARKETING..." not maketing.
Also, I neglected to mention that I was promised a full refund after 6 months whether or not I had completed 5 deals.
After researching this company, I decided not to even attempt to get the company to honor their promise.
It would be a waste of time.
I simply chalked up my losses to EDUCATIONAL EXPENSES. I learned never to get involved with anything like this again!!!
If anyone ever mounts a class action lawsuit against Russ Dalbey and company, I will be right there!
