Russ Dalbeys- Winning The The Cashflow Russ Dalbey Rip-off Internet
I made the mistake of not researching, before I bought into the Winning in the Cash Flow. I tried the program which was very time consuming. I called to return the package and was told I could be extended for another month. After that month was almost up, I called to get a refund and was told to wait another week, so I did. Called back two days before the end and was told to return the complete package, no set time was said. The complete package was returned two weeks later, so I have been waiting for a refund, a month later and still no credit.
Called them today and was put on with the manager, which as I recall should be helping the customer, but he was very rude, sarcastic and was going to mail me back the package instead of refunding. People don't get hooked up with them. Oh yea, he said I would never be able to order this program again, gee, no problem fellow. I don't know if this program works, but I do know that with people like Jeff, I wouldn't want to be a part of their deal.

I emailed Arica and she does not respond. I do not believe you can get your money back.

I too was ripped off by this same company, and tried to get a refund, but a year had passed and i thought that all hope was lost! I finally, after a year, found the right email address to write to and got a refund even after a year! The email address you want to write to and ask for a refund of ''all of your money'' is: arica@notenetwork.com and tell them that richard e. sent you. I helped out a lady by the name of shelsi in bakersfield, california, and they sent her all of her money back. write to her and you will see. good luck
