Or Russ Karling as he calls himself is a big time thief and a low life local con artist operating out of his girlfriends garage located at (((REDACTED))) 95th St. Vancouver, WA 98682 and advertises on local FB groups and CL by mainly using the following digits 503-621-4633 or various masked versions such as 503.621.4633 and under the business name of Vancouver Detailing Plus.

He will demand and beg for money in ways to prove you that some humans can be lower than s*, ittle money pocket money whatever he can steal because you will never see it again along with the job that never gets delivered! We've taken him several cars and he either stole parts out of our vehicles, never cleaned or detailed the cars even though he continuously kept promising the same BS that he tells to everyone that something has came up because he was sick ! LOL!  And just like many other complaints about him on the web, he's pretty famous about putting hundreds of miles on customers cars, driving them around as his personal rigs.
A total whack job, looks like one, acts like one, is one. You just can't go wrong with it. Oh not to mention he's almost 60 and has to live with all these disgusting remarks of his past and current miserable life.

Really people just google his name and you will get the idea of what kind of whack job he is, trying to make a living by stealing peoples hard earned money. I think we all can agree that this will him rot in hell like he will.
