Complaint Review: RUSS WHITNEY - GULFSTREAM DEVELOPMENT & DOUGLAS REALTY

I can't believe I am in the same boat with all these shipwrecked souls doomed to drown. I am trying to keep my head above water and the life ring on my credit.
I used to swim with the small fish and was doing just fine in my R/E investing. Then Captain Russ appeared with his massive shiny yaht, named Wealth Intelligence, overshadowing my little row boat. He anchored me in and I was sailing faster than ever. All I could see was the shine reflecting before me as we traveled this perfectly mapped tour to financial freedom.

I was offered a full service crew to tend to all my needs. the location of my property, the builder, the lender, the property manager, the real estate agent, and a hypnotist(yes, I'm telling the truth). I just had to enjoy the ride for a year and in the end I would reach my island of wealth accumulation.
We must have detoured because I ended up on the island of "Deep $h**".

I guess I should have known better when the first class exercise was for every student to take out their cell phones and call all their credit card companies and request a credit limit increase. Cuz baby he had us at "Hello, are you going to call your credit card company or are you going to stay a loser?"
