Complaint Review: Russ Whitney Millionare U Glufstream Developement Douglas Realty United Mortgage

My husband and I spent $34,000 on training seminars, mentoring, coaching and materials. We have yet to be able to put together a deal like described in the training.

We had our sessions with a coach, that I thought was supposed to be knowledgeable about our market, but he knew nothing and we were no better off having had the coaching. (which was 10K)

We attended the Millionaire U training and were offered an "opportunity" to buy properties in North Port, FL. We were told the it was an up and coming area. We were given examples of the appreciation rates over the previous years 125% - 140% over the past 5 years. We were assured that the market was still good in Florida. We purchased 2 homes, another $14,000 of our money has been put toward the homes.

We really trusted the teachers and the people involved in this company.

Now we will likely have to default on the construction loans and our credit which stands at 768 will likely be ruined.

Thank you to the person that posted the Lawyer who is handling a case against them. I have contacted the lawyer and am looking forward to hearing from him.
