Russell Rice AKA Russell Rice Construction, aka RUSSELL RICE GENERAL BUILDING CONTRACTOR has been placed for collections/litigation with my firm Asset Collections Inc. Case # is 680.660 Russell has stolen my clients product and services. He owes over $1380.00 plus fees, for Engineering services he has owed since april 9th 2013. and fails to respond or pay, therfore we are forming a creditors committee against this debtor, and wanted to warn other companies of this THEFT OF SERVICES. If this debtor company make payment agreement, or settles this case, I will adjust the rip off report accordingly, but todate this guy has Ripped off my client and stolen thier product/services, and there is a lawsuit pending.
