After over 3 years of trying to get my contract with Clayton Homes completed, they still treat me like I am nothing to them. I have asked Bobby Alberts; Zone Manager Charlotte NC to complete my house as per contract and he refuses. First, he told me I could report him to the North Carolina Fire Marshall bur of course that is a lie. The Office of the Fire Marshall in North Caroilna does not deal with cosmetic issues; only if there is a fire hazard will they take care of any issues.

I have a punch list 4 pages long and my house looks like it was put together by Miss Jones kindergarden class.
Not only does he refuse to do his job as an area service manager, he has told his employees at claytonhomes.net and claytonhomes.com to stop answering my complaints I file regularly. If these employees are told not to do their job, then they are not needed and should be eliminated. That would save Clayton some money since they are wasting company money on employees that are being told not to do their assigned jobs. As well If Bobby Alberts does not do his job and get houses completed as per contract agreement, then he does not need a job as well.
