Complaint Review: Russell County Sanitation

People think they know people in high places in the phenix city court or government. They can treat people like dirt and hold kanagaroo courts in phenix city because they've been getting away with it all these years. I'm not afraid nor ashamed to say me and my mom were treated like dirt! We were being harassed and still being harassed by ashley and chaz hawthorne.

And they are having their trashy friends move in these `homes that are for rent in my neighborhood harassing and falsely accusing me of things. And of course the phenix city police taking their word over ours.

NOBODY IS TAKING MY FREEDOM OF SPEECH AWAY. AFTER THIS ONE PHENIX CITY COP SAID THAT ASHLEY HAWTHORNE HAD THE RIGHT TO CALL ME MENTALLY RETARDED AND TO TELL MY MOM TO TAKE HER MENTALLY RETARDED SON BACK IN HERE HOME. SHE HAD NO AUTHORITY OR CHAZ HAWTHORNE NOW THE REST OF THESE PUNK THUG NEIGHBORS, HAVE A RIGHT TO TELL ME TO DO ANYTHING!

I don't tell them what to do! But bullies don't like you standing up to them.  I have a right to confront the district attorney office for the way they treated us and the police department! And how they tried their hardest to silence me!

The people on this site who has left mean and cruel comments. Can shove it up their tailpipe!

I''ll record who ever I feel like who is harassing me and wanting to harm me. And its an OUTRAGE for them to to tell me to stay from ashley and chaz hawhorne when I haven't done anything to them. When I was the one being harassed and abused. How dare the district attorney office. The phenix city police lied in the police report about ashley and chaz hawthorne friend who came charging at me and then he angrly threw his trash cans off his truck.

The phenix city police lied in the report saying that he placed his trash cans on the side walk. He didn't mention that he tried to attack me and I didn't or never provoked or instigated anything with him. He didn't like it cause I stood up to him and he wanted to hurt me. Then he spread false things to his friends and they wanted to hurt me to.

I carry cameras on me now because the phenix city police have been trying to set me up or frame me, because of my complaints i have against them for how unfair they were toward me and my mother and how they sided with our neighbors who was harassing and stalking me. I do have cameras on me filiming everything i do now. I have dash cams in my car and out side my home. These pheniz city cops have been harassing me ever since this has been over with.

They have no reason to continue to bother me,  My mother gets punished for owning her own home and for being single because she was able to succeed without being married to a man. That is what this is all about trying to put my mother in jail so she would lose everything.  I REFUSE TO LIVE IN FEAR!

I was harassed and abused by theis mesican woman phenix city police. I could not walk any where but she allowed my false accusers to roam around every where even let them sit in the court room while making me stand. I was being treated like a criminal to, even though ashley hawthorne called me horrible names and instigated the confrontation, by telling my mom WHY DON'T YOU TAKE YOUR MENTALLY RETARDED SON BACK IN YOUR HOME!

And fior the police to be treating me like a criminal even though I wasn't charged with anything was a pure outrage. The judge just turned a blind eye when my mother explained the trouble that we had been having with ashley and chas hawthorne. And they was telling they're family that I was more of the problem. NO they was the problem! It would make anyone outraged being treated like this.

The phenix city district attorney and circuit judges have always been appointed by the Governors of Alabama because they are corrupt. We was harassed but the da sided with our neighbors. Then they demanded us not to sue them, because they don't want to be found out that charging us with harassing them was a sham and shouldn't have happened.

But I see what the corrupt criminal things the town officals are doing and ken davis refuses to prosecute them. I really recent what ken davis said about this corrupt council man.  Its timet to stop prosecuting a aging council man and wasting tax payer money.  

But ken davis sure didn't mind coming after us over a lie. He is a criminal hypocrite himself. This unfairness will always continue in phenix city.

The OSEP didn't consider how melinda baird was ruining kids futures. But they are felon criminals to. Why else would they hold the she devil hands and comfort her. They all should be in jail for siding with her and how she was helping public school in Tenneessee, Alabama, Flordia denying education rights for kids who was having trouble learning.  I had problems in math and most of all subjects but somehow I still finished high school well maybe not at the school who was fighting against me to fail but I did finish.

I sure don't feel sorry for her for the way she talked to me and my mother. And the people from my school falsely accusing my mother of using bad language sending us a dirty and threatening letter telling us only to contact her. We told she can go to you know where. MELINDA BAIRD IS NOT THE VICTIM SHE IS THE PERETRATOR.

And so are the staff in OSEP.  And it looks like she is still helping schools helping them break the law for kids who are in need of help. When kids are provided with tutors they saw improvement with they're grade. I went to a paid tutor only once when I was in high school, they went over everything and help me study for a test the next day. I PASSED.

But my mom was single and could not afford to pay a tutor all through out my high school years. The school should had provided me a tutor who made all A's. I would had been a great success through out my 4 years in high school. But the high school would not provide me with any help. Even though they BILLIONS IN FEDERAL FUNDS.

I WASN'T MENTALLY RETARDED. I JUST WASN'T SHOWN THE PROPER WAY TO STUDY FOR TEST OR QUIZZES OR HOW TO TAKE NOTES. IT DON'T MAKE SOMEONE MENTALLY RETARDED. 

CALLING SOMEONE RETARDED IS HATE SPEECH.  BUT THE HEARING OFFICER GREEN SAID I WAS NEVER CALLED RETARDED,  EVEN THOUGH THE TEACHER BUT IT IN HER NOTES THE SHE DID HER ANOTHER CLASSMATE SAY IT. I WAS BASICALLY CALLED A LIAR FROM THE HEARING OFFICER. BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO READ THE TEACHER NOTES.

They let 3 monrhs pass before they told me that my exemption was over with and I was 3 months past due. They wouldn't let me pay in person and they kepted giving me the run around. I went one day they handed me a form to have norarized about me not having a bank account. Which I need a bank account for my check to be deposited. And they already had my information. The sanitation department was being very unreasonable which is how they all are in phenix city due to they're being corrupt.

But i'm ticked off that they was going to get a warrant for my arrest even though I thought I was still under the exemption, and I didn't even know because they didn't send me a letter reminding me that I had to reapply every year. This was upsetting my disability condition mental health. Its also cruel to threaten someone like when after they had many traumatic things that happend in my life. Due to my work related accident which was pretty traumatic.

This world we live in is very unfair and unjust.
