Russell contacted me by phone offering services refering inquiries about mortgage loans placed on his website to my office. Price was fair but not so cheap as to seem like a rip off. Contacted Russell indicating I was not satisfied, we communicated off and on with him promising my full refund.
Had attorney send a demand letter ... my cost ... Russell communicated with me again after that indicating he would refund my fees plus my attorney costs. Finally his associate became involved indicating that Russell is out of the country (in Europe) and promising to bring satisfaction. Ths was about 45 days ago, I still have no satisfaction as of 2/7/2005
