Complaint Review: Rust Consulting

Rust Consulting Dragging their feet on Equitable Class Action Settlements Faribault, Minnesota

Looks like anyone expecting payment on the Equitable Class Action lawsuit better hit the snooze button. From first contact they immediatley started reading from a script explaining the delay in issuing payments as they "create programs for claim disbursement". It is now 4 months since I filed my claim BEFORE the claim deadline with a certified USPS mail receipt to prove it and still nothing.

Precisely what program needs to be developed? You have a legitimate claim, it is in a data file, an Excel spreadsheet no less (portions of the original database are posted at the claim website showing the largest payout individuals by name, etc.) and they are developing a program? Horsecrap.

Looks like another class action lawsuit is in order to compel Rust Consulting to actually do what they have been retained to do. I'm slightly more than computer illiterate and even I know how to take a spreadsheet and merge it to virtually any accounting software to produce individual payments. Who the h**l are these people? Go to their website and you see the top five smiling faces no doubt making six figures plus while the class participants howl from outside the gates. Anybody up for a lawsuit?
