Complaint Review: Rust Consulting Inc.

In March of 2013 I received a post card informing me that I am eligible for compensation pursuant to orders issued by Federal Banking Regulators. The postcard informed me that I should expect the compensation chack for the amount of between $600.00 and $125,000.00 sent to me within four to eight weeks. Also, I was given a phone number to call should I did not received anything within that time period.

I have done it on several ocasions since than and everytime I was calling I was given different unswer. It came to the point that I was told that the check was sent out to me on 7/15/2013 and was returned for the reason of wrong address used by them and the new check was going to be sent within two weeks. That was strange to me since everytime I was on the phone with them I had to confirm my name, my address and phone number. They told me also that they received that chack back - returned by the post office just few days after it was sent out. that was impossible so I'd interviewd every post office in the zip code they claimed they sent the letter to and they did not have a record of any letters returned to RUST and addresed to my name.

I started going through the insernet looking for similiar cases and I found out that Rust Consoulting, Inc. do it to pleanty of people. They claim the same story over and over again to all of us. Also the amounts on those checks are much different from original proposals we received.

My story did not end. On 9/2/2013 I was told that finally my check was going to be sent on 9/13/2013. They were very apologetic and told me that was absolutely final date. based on my expierience I did not belived them of course and surely on 9/20/2013 when I called the last time i was connected to the manager. I was told that my check for the reason that they do not anderstand was not sent. They were very sorry but they could not give me any answers at that time because they did not want to lie to me again (their own words). They told me they should call me back as soon as the find out what is going on. To be continue.....

Now, that was not the most important knowledge I wanted to find out talkim to them. Everytime I was on the phone with their rep I was asking main question - how much money was actually sent to customesrs and cashed by them? I have never got the answer to that question. I know that all those numbers that Rust Consulting advertise as far as how much monet they dispersed is a one fat lie. Somebody is doing us consumers and I guess banks/lenders for money and everybody (at least Rust and banks) is happy. Why????
