These people take your money and make empty promises to deliver the goods. I ordered over $3000.00 worth of furniture on 12/31/03 and have not been given a refund or delivered all the products, as of 11/3/04.

They sporadically return your Emails and have never returned a phone call. They continue to blame others for their problems(i.e. - quality, border entry problems and being overwhelmed). The Emails they return are full of empty promises. I have demanded a full refund, but they have not given me a specific time frame when it will be returned.

Here's a copy of the last Email I received on 9/25/04, but they never contacted me, as promised. I've sent several Emails after that, but never received a reply.

Update: 1/3/05 - I still have not received my order or a full refund!!! I ordered over a year ago!!! The last contact I had was on November 25, 2004. They asked for a confirmation of what I had ordered and what items I have received. More empty promises!!!
