Ruston Paving Company, Ripoff Racist, refused to pay my unemployment after lettin me go for no legitimate reason Farmington New York
to make a long story short Ruston Paving is a racist company that paid me far less than the other guys doin the same job plus they kept me out all hours of the nitetime & expected me back early in the mornin before everybody else & when i refused to work for little money he fired me & then told NYS unemployment one story & Pa 7 different reasons to refuse me my unemployment. other guys had quit them for this same reason bein they're a racist company. the government say theres nothin they can do to help with this issue. so if Ur mexican, puerto rican, black, etc do NOT work for Ruston Paving because they will use & abuse you & not pay you what your worth. let it be known!! from A Poor Black Man in Western NY

If they're so racist, how come they hired you? "...they kept me out all hours of the nitetime & expected me back early in the morning". If a job needs to get done, it needs to get done. I put in 168 hours in on a job in 11 days. Got home at 1 am left the next morning at 5 am. "I REFUSED to work for little money, he fired me". You refuse, you quit. Same thing. Go back to school, get an education.
