The owner of a new restaurant in Irrigon oregon wrote a check for supplies she purchased. Then she stopped payment on the check and rewrote a new one saying it was the wrong account.
That was not true though. We checked with the bank and they informed me it was written on the same account. So the second check was post dated 3 days and then she stopped payment on the second check. It was always her intention to not pay for the items she purchased.
