The owner of this business has several personal bankruptcies and defaults, numerous evictions from rental properties, lies about having a college degree, and has been charged with criminal check fraud multiple times. Potential investors and creditors beware, my advice to you is to never trust your money with a “real estate investor” who rents their home and who would rather file for bankruptcy (again!) than pay their bills.
