Complaint Review: Rutherford Clinic Of Chiropractic Dr.Wesley Stuart

If you have Save all your papers bills, any cash payments, letters from the insurance companies, notes of you phone calls with dates, the person you talk to. This Chrioprater can send you to court and you can display all you have experience with all your information you collected. If this company really wanted your momey they would send you to court. You can send them to court in the Rutherford Country courts. Pay the file fee and get a date. Have a letter on what you are going to say and all the evendence. If I rember the sheiriffs can take the notice of court appointment , with a response. The Chriroprateor or his biller which is his mother have to be there. If  you have back surgery please bring pics and anything says you had surgery and the recover you had to deal with, Any perminate conditions. The sign above his office at that time on Memorial blv. said "Alternative to Back Surgery" bulls*** !! only the Nero Surgeon is the one to decide on any back surgery. The chiroprater can do more damage to the tissue tears where the isolated pain was. The judge will see that he can not or have the expertise of a surgeion.. Read their claims by now they have modified. They pursh you to refer others and had a meeting of all those in treatments to come.. Strange.. 

If you win they have to pay you court fees back and restore your credit. If there judge sees you efforts that you have been deceaved in any way. He can reduce your bill to a fair charge. The judge sees your efforts and what you had to suffer. Sees this was your first time being in a place that rode of nipilatiingn you, the judge will see the b*******. You paid your filing and displayed your case. Shows you want to resolve the problem. Not a collecter who keeps calling you bothering you. 

 It does not matter how hot shot the compainy is bring your case, I would advist warn the Chriropractor company and show the evidence of the insurance comapny mailed you about lack of commmunication. They might take you off the credit reporty. It cost more for them to put on the credit agency than to resolve. Going to court mean you mean buisness. Not good for the companies reputation at all. It could go on the local news. 

Fight for your rights 

I have had the same or simliar problems communicating with the insurance company. The insurance company mentioned the adsent lack of communication to bill. Then the chrio biller did not want to communicate till all the 6 week plan was finished then bill. Can not do that.. I was hit with a bill and on my credit report. I have had back surgery every since. Long recovery. Maybe for some you experice was good and billing was done fairly. 

This guys mom is nipulative,.

You have to be really dumb if you don't think for a second a real patient really wrote the letter of praise post as rebutle about this chiropractor. WHo are these people kidding, instead of addressing the issue about the very high bill they talk about how wonderful the chiropractor is. You should turn his but into the state.

I have been going to Dr. Wesley since 2003. I have had lower back problems since I was 12. Dr. Wesley has been the best chiropractor I have ever been to! Yes, his treatment does seem extensive and you may question if it is really all neccessary. However, in 18yrs of dealing with back problems he is the first person to ever have me completely pain free for 8 years! I do occasionally do something stupid (usually during yard work) and throw my back out again. He is always very quick to get me in and it usually only takes one to two adjustments to have me right back on track! I have only throwen my back out twice in the past 8 years, but he has always been there to fix me! I love this place, they are very friendly and are willing to work with you as best as they can. I have never had a single bad experience here.
