Its now being reported that this same scam artist and convicted felon is cleaning a Ruths Chris Steakhouse in Columbia, SC. After looking into this, we discovered that this place is partially owned by the Mayor of Columbia, Steve Benjamin. His partner is Mark Oswald from Atlanta.

Jernigan is multi state convicted felon convicted in Richmond Kentucky (Bulldog Media) and in SC. He is currently under supervised probation for four years.

who is using false insurance documents to work in Ruths Chris cleaning after hours. His company is actually cleaning this facility. He is using several people from a local temp agency just as he did in Charleston. He then bounced a check to Express Employment Professionals in which a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He owes numerous businesses in Columbia and Charleston to include Staffing Agencies, Minute Man Press, Clear Channel Broadcasting (000s) and an employee who is still fighting for past due wages. His own accountant warned that there was no money. Jernigans current scam is to use bill pay..he then shows you a confirmation # and the process. What he doesnt tell you is that he can cancel the request. This information came directly from First Citizens.
