We paid this business over $400 to alter a wedding dress. A week before the wedding during the final fitting, the dress was not even close to being finished as promised, and she charged/claimed to have made alterations to the dress that was never even touched by her hand.
Not a single stitch was adjusted as she claimed. In addition to the ill performance and lies told, we fired her from the job. She then held the dress randsom, and would not release the gown until we paid the remaining balance for tailoring that she did not even do.
We demanded a refund of our full amount and she continued to belittle my wife and act unprofessional. She is a thief and scammer prowling on those under stress produced by her own handlings.
