I purchased an RV refridgerator cooling unit from RV Fridge House in July. It was apparently sent to the wrong address in another state. It took at least a month longer than promised for the unit to arrive. When it did arrive it was damaged. RV Fridge House did not respond to my emails regarding the damage. I straigtened the unit and installed it. It worked fine almost three months (only about two weeks of acutal on time) but suddenly died a week ago. 

I left a message on their answering machine in the mid-morning on Tuesday 11/18/2014. Almost daily emails have been sent as well. No response has ever been received.

On 11/23/2014 I telephoned RV Fridge House and someone who did not identify himself answered. When I told him why I was calling he said I must call back during regular business hours. I told him that I had done so but only gotten an answering machine and that multiple emails have also gone without a response. He assured me that someone take care of this if I called back.
