I was hired as a part-time maintenance worker. I was told to use any overtime needed to clean up the MHP. I was terminated by letter and was told falsely that I was only a temporary worker, not permanent. A day later, a much younger man was hired and was paid $3.00 more an hour than I started at, and he was told to work as much as he wanted.
