RV Peddler Don't take their word Get it in writting or it's no good. Yuma Arizona
Bought a new Motorhome from them in April of 2007 in Yuma Az. We had a trade in and had taken some furniture out of it. They wanted us ship the furniture to them.
We had never shipped any large items before so we were instructed to send it collect by calling UPS and they would pick it up and deliver it to them.
We did this in good faith, taking them at their word. They refused to pay and reversed the charges and the manager sent us a nasty letter telling us it was our frieght bill not theirs.
This furniture was sent 4/25/2007 and we just know have received a bill from UPS and it is 1/28/2009. This has been almost 2 years ago. Again we called and talked to the manager and he was very sarcastic and said UPS should never have shipped collect without their ok he also was rude to my husband and just hung up the phone.
Should you ever have to deal with them do yourself a favor and get everything they say in writting because their word means nothing to them.
Would never recommend anyone them to anyone.
