RV Refrigerations Services Steve Cormier Did Not provide product or reimbursemement (Ripped Me Off) Lutes Mountain (Moncton) New Brunswick
Contacted RV Refrigeration Services on April 9 2008 to order a RV fridge cooling unit as a replacement for my defective unit. The order was placed on on April 10/08. $485.00 was posted to my Visa statement for payment to the company. I emailed the delivery address that day and expected delivery within 7-10 days. I followed up on April 25th by email attempting to get a tracking number in order to check the delivery status. I phoned on April 26th and spoke with Steve Cormier President of the company. He claimed the unit was sent and stated that he needed to check with the warehouse to get the tracking number and that he would call me back within a half hour. He did not call and though I made numerous calls that day, at least 6, I received no further updates. I emailed the comapny on April 25th with no repsonse. I emailed again on April 28th. I called every day at least three times. I emailed again on 5/01 and 5/02.
To date I have not received the unit I paid for nor have I had any contact re: the status of the shipment. I dealt with this company because they were Canadian and usually attempt to use a Canadian source whenever possible.
I would like to receive the replacement cooling unit that I paid for or recieve a refund crediting my Visa for the full amount of $485.00 that I paid to RV Refrigeration Services.
I have made at least twenty requests by phone & email requesting an update to the status. On May 5th I finally spoke with Steve Cormier the owner.
He stated the unit was ready and would be shipped that day. I requested a tracking number which he said he would provide. Another week went by and I did not receive an update or tracking number. Again numerous calls and emails and I finally reached him by phone on May 12th. He then stated that the unit was not ready and that he would provide me with a refund. I had invoiced him through paypal and again after numerous calls he has not acknowledged my request and has not reimbursed me the $485.00. This is the most substandard customer service I have ever received.
Do not deal with this company!!!
