Complaint Review: RV Rental Request

RV Rental Request is the same company as RV Rental Country.  Rental Country went out of business after much deserved bad publicity.  November 2010 I secured a travel trailer for $500 and 3 days before it was to be delivered in August 2011, they cancelled saying they did not have one available.  I have sent weekly emails and weekly telephone calls trying to receive my deposit back since and still no contact.  Today, 28 December 2011, I looked them up via internet and found them with a new phone number so I called it.  The gentleman on the phone said that RV Rental Country went out of business.  I told him I got this number from their website and of course he was baffled.  He then informed me the business I called was RV Rental Request.  Sounds like a scam to me.  Anyway, he could not help me since the company I HAD dealings with went out of business!!  Do not rent from this company they are rip-offs!!
