RV Roof install requires a 25% down payment to get in line for their service. They do not want your RV until they are ready for it. All RV repair shops are behind so this seems reasonable however after five months they still weren't ready for our RV.
Our RV received damage while using it. They weren't able to help with that damage. We ultimately traded our RV for a new one in September 2022. Per number 12 of there contract RV Roof Install would not refund the deposit for any reason.
Also number 6 restricts any disputes to arbitration in their jurisdiction not small claims court this is huge. Arbitration is not cheap! In addition to that they have rule number 7 to not post negative comments on social media that aren't substantiated. Beware
