We purchased a new 5th wheel from RV Wholesalers and were told that our rate would increase if we did not purchase the extended warranty. I have that in writing. Not that we received a discounted rate if we purchased the warranty, but that the rate we qualified for would increase. We paid over 2k for the extended warranty. When we needed repairs and tried to get them done...nothing but excuses.
We tried for over a year and finally gave up and requested the parts through our manufactures warranty so we could complete the repairs on our own.
They now blame the on site company that is in our area. I have in writing from the local company that we are not the first people to have the same problem with RVW and that they will NEVER work with them again.
We have requested the money that we paid be refunded...again nothing but excuses. We paid for something that we never received. We are entitled to a refund. If it were a product we paid for and did not receive. It would be cut and dry. Why not a service?
We paid the money to them and they need to give us OUR money back.
