Complaint Review: RVTL

 Ordered  free trial from this company.  Assumed product coming from USA, usually 3 weeks to arrive.  After only couple of weeks, product  still not arrived, noticed company took money from my   bank account, £90 approx.  I had paid £3 for postage of free trial product.  Called company to complain, why taken money when I do not have product?  We have tracking number from Royal Mail, to say you received product. 

I did not receive product from Royal Mail.  I must call Royal Mail to ask them to change tracking information.  I called RM, they said have business contract with this company, who must now put in claim with Royal Mail themselves.  Called company meanwhile since they have my money - ILLEGALLY.  Asked to speak to a Manager in company, NO MANAGERS in this company ever speak to member of public !!  

Called my bank to dispute amount, RVTL said they would try to claim from RM but refused to refund me.  Watchdog, i'm sure will receive many more complaints about this company - they are scam so buyers beware!  Meanwhile while they undergo investigations with Royal Mail, they keep your money and refuse to give it back.  SCAM in a million, don't deal  with this company who use Helen Worth [actress] to promote this product!    RPS - UK
