RW Construction, Ray Wittelsbach getting paid cash, claims no employees when in fact has employees, hasn't paid child support in 11 months Northridge California
This company/individual claims to not have any employees cslb.com #878999. Yet not only does he have employees but he also uses day laborers and minors which he pays cash. He used his own son in March of 2006 for a period of two weeks as construction labor. Not only did he keep him out of school but he never paid his son for those two weeks. The police were called in as well as CPS. He as recent as October 27 called his son to work for him once again. His son refused and Ray expressed that he wanted his son and a "bunch" of his friends to put a floor in for him. His son refused Ray then called his son an a*****e and hung up the phone.
Not only is he running a shady business by ripping off consumer's and employees by not paying workers compensation. But he has failed to pay his court ordered child support for the last 11 months. At a small amount of $365.00 a month for two children. Los Angeles County has yet to pursue this person. But I believe that if I were on welfare I would get fast results. This perpetrator continues to live with out any responsiility to his children nor to his community or the state. This is the type of father that gives all fathers a bad name. This is the type of contractor that runs up all our rates. He cares not for the future that his actions bring.

Ive known Ray wittelsbuch for aproxemently 4 years. In this time i have never seen a so-called employees as he has been accused of. Ray has not only been a follow through type of guy, but he pays his bills, does above and beyond what is exspected of him on his jobs! Rays a very honest , loyal, responsible, respectable contractor!! TO say the least this complant is from his ex-wife who just doesnt have anything betterto do ut to bash a hard working small business owner who takes pride in his work!!!!! I just hope that whom ever reads this report understands what its like to have a vendictive ex who has nothing better to do but to agervate ant try to slander a man that works so hard for so, and is trying to move forward with his life. shame on you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really do not appreciate that this woman was allowed to post personal information on Ray Wittelsbach. How dare this person be able to post someone's home phone number and address.
How could this site let this happen?
This an ex wife who won't move on and has a dark heart.
Ray wittelsbach has worked on many projects through me and I am shocked
and disgusted that this woman is able to post such dishonesty in an open forum.
It is illegal to post flase information and private information-
Defamation in an open forum.
Job performance should be based on facts and this report has been done due to malice.
Anyone who reads this should be able to see this womans goal is just to bash
an ex-husband in which has nothing to do with His company and his work ethics.
Ray Wittelsbach always has done an excellent job for myself and all of my friends.
