These houses cost to much money to have so many things wrong. I hope all the neighbors come here and write something. The new customer service guy is pretty good cuz at least he works. The super is ridiculus. He does not do anything and what about his skills? he has none. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with that guy. We are starting a petieon even for the people who will moving here (if there house ever gets built!!)we are going keep watch of that super to see if he ACTUALLY works!!! So far, he has not!! When the petieon is signed we will give to someone who will do something for once.
