Complaint Review: RW Hertel & Sons Inc.

RW Hertel & Sons, Inc. is a Dishonest and Fraudulent builder of the Central Coast of Calif. they have cheated and lied to many home owners all over the state, but have build second rate homes in San Luis Obispo, and now are doing the same in a new development in Atascadero and Vacaville Calif. this builder uses illegal workers, second rate materials, fails to properly install and poor workmanship on all its homes.

All the past Superintendents have quit for reporting fraud and defects in the homes they build. BE WARNED about his homes leak water, have MOLD and several news stories have appeared in the press on their building defects. I know I work for them and they are the most dishonest and biggest liars you ever want to know Bob Fowler, Ron Hertel, Mike Werner and Tom Habbick all are greedy and dishonest to all the home buyers and will not tell you the truth and will conceal building code violation just check the records with the Building dept. of San Luis Obispo and Ventura County Superior Court, and check out the State of California Contractors License Board.
