RW Real Estate Rent property with NO Smoke Detectors, Defective wiring, & Mold that KILLS ripoff Farmington New Hampshire
I rented a house from this Slum Lord and found the wiring to be totally outdated. Knob & tube in the better areas, worse than that in others. Outlets & switches without covers that would snap & spark when used, and not a single smoke detector in the house.
Ya these guys are real pro's. I could have reported them but he said he was going to have an electrician fix things. What after the fire?? Sure, good idea. If I had reported him I'd be on the street with no place to live.
So I lived with this and a fire extinguisher in most rooms waiting for the electrician to arrive; needless to say he never came.
I also had my whole family start getting sick. Unknown case. Well after moving found that the mold & radon gas could have been the reason.
Ok Question? Are real estate broker/owners above the law or do they just know the system better than most. He should be stripped of his license and jailed. As we all know that will never happen. Good to find your site!!
